The beating heart of our agritourism.
We work respecting animal welfare and the local short supply chain at zero kilometers. We put all our experience, care, and passion into what we produce and bring it to the table with responsibility and a hint of pride. The farm is the starting point and our agritourism concept is built upon it. In fact, we produce everything that allows us to be self-sustainable for the restaurant: meat from our livestock, cured meats from our production, milk and cheeses from our dairy, and using flour for all our bakery products.

Where time flows in harmony with nature
At our facility, we periodically organize days dedicated to educational farms for both adults and children. During these days, guests are taken on a guided tour of the agricultural and productive part of the farm, followed by tastings and thematic educational workshops, such as making cheese by hand or kneading traditional Apulian focaccia. Agriturismo Pedone is accredited within the network of Educational Farms in the Apulia Region.
We raise our cows, goats, and pigs, process meat and cheeses, and cultivate vegetables and small fruits. Therefore, the dishes offered in our restaurants can only be the logical result of careful and meticulous processing of raw materials.
The Apulian tradition is composed of dishes with flavors rich in character and personality. Unmistakable to those who taste them, a delight for those who have not yet experienced them.
They all stem from genuine and simple products, made as they once were, only with ingredients produced by us.
